The property offering is emailed to the waiting list and listed (ex: Zillow/Apartments.com)
Prospective tenants fill out the free application form to request a tour of the apartment
The prospective tenants who pass the application, will be offered a tour of the property.
When they express interest, they will be emailed the full application form
(The application includes credit and background check)
On a set date, the best candidate will be selected and offered the apartment
To secure the apartment, the candidate signs the lease and pays the deposit
To be put on the waiting list, prospective tenants must fill out a application form
