About Us

We are working hard to fix up some of the derelict buildings in downtown Cuba, NY. We aim to keep the small-town charm while ensuring people have nice, affordable places to live, shop, and work. It ain’t easy, but we’ve been able to get some grants and tax credits to help cover the costs. And we’re doing as much of the construction and renovations ourselves as we can. Furthermore, we take pride in our ecological responsibility by actively offsetting CO₂ emissions through the preservation of expansive woodland acres. It’s been a lot of work so far, but we take pride in improving the community and historic feel of Cuba. There’s something special about this little village, and we want to help it thrive again.

Our main goal is to bring some new life to Main Street by getting more people and businesses to move into the area. We really want to help create a community that’s welcoming to everyone. It’s not just about our own projects – we’re always looking for ways to pitch in on anything that’ll get more businesses thriving around here 
again. We know Main Street is the heartbeat of this village, and we’re willing to put in the time and hard work to help make it blossom! There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing entrepreneurs put down roots and feeling this community flourish!
