Grant funded Apartments
Thanks to ACCORD, by the end of 2026, we should be offering two grant-funded 1-bedroom apartments. This could be a fantastic opportunity to live in a luxury apartment for around $1,000 + utilities *.
Here is how to qualify:
- Your gross total income should be more than 3 times the rent.
- Your total gross income should be less than $49,600 for a single person and $56,650 for 2 persons (rates for 2025) **
- You need to pass our standard selection criteria
We hope to offer these apartments around November, 2026
If you are interested, please fill out or form and specify you are interested in the grant-funded apartments.
* Rent may increase but will be regulated for 10 years.
** Income limits are calculated by HUD, and change yearly. You can check current rates (Low 80% Income) at this link.
You will be requested to present proof of income for 4-6 recent consecutive weeks before signing the lease. This income restriction is only done once when you sign your first lease.
