Our Story

With our home renovations completed, we were eager to embark on an exhilarating adventure, utilizing our newfound skills, and dive headfirst into the captivating world of real estate. We swooned for the dilapidated Story Block, seduced by its sturdy bones and rich history. Seizing the opportunity, we proudly claimed the relic as our own. Witnessing the Palmer Opera House’s remarkable rebirth set our souls ablaze with a burning desire to resurrect the Story Block and the crumbling Empire Block from ruin. Filled with determination, our gaze shifted towards the forgotten O’Malley’s building. Through the unwavering support of the village, who secured a grant, we morphed this dusty gem into two luxe lofts and a vibrant Business Center pulsating with vibrant energy. Each challenge only intensified our passion, leaving us ravenous for more adventure. Now the iconic Cuba Ice Cream Building has us revved up to revive another architectural masterpiece.
